Taco Tuesday! Ah…my favorite day of the week! Wait, except for Wines-day Wednesday. But I digress!
I don’t know anyone that doesn’t love tacos.
I don’t know anyone that doesn’t love to spend less time in the kitchen and more time chowing down!
This recipe combines the best of BOTH worlds.
Taco Tikes: 10 min. prep + 10 min. bake
These are quick, “once you pop the fun don't stop” taco cups that will have you craving more. Can you say, “yummo!” Super simple ingredients:
- Pick a meat of your choice (ground beef, turkey, chicken or even fish)
- Wonton wrappers (or eggroll wrappers cut into fours)
- Shredded Cheese
- Muffin Tin
Garnish:
- Lettuce
- Diced Tomatoes
- Salsa
- Sour Cream (optional)
First, brown the meat and pre-heat the oven to 350.
Lightly oil the muffin tin and layer in wonton wrappers (to give your cups a little more stability line each holder with two wonton wrappers)
Fill halfway with meat and shredded cheese
Bake for 10 min or until wonton wrappers are golden
Garnish with your favorite taco toppers, and viola!
